 The HR Hotline provides you with an on-call HR advice service from qualified HR professionals to answer questions in relation to a range of HR and employment issues including:

$200 ex GST per hour:

  • Managing unacceptable performance
  • Team and personality conflicts
  • Restructuring, redundancy and change management
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Discrimination and harassment
  • Demoting and changes to employment
  • Policies and procedures
  • Drafting customised employment documents
  • Award interpretation
  • Workplace relations advice in relation to Fair Work Act and the National Employment Standards, employee entitlements, pay and conditions 

$300 ex GST per hour:

  • Workplace mediation and investigations
  • Discussions with external parties, eg unions, solicitors
  • Representation at industrial tribunals/commissions/courts, including unfair dismissal claims
  • Work health and safety advice, committees, consultation, audits
